Personal Statement Personal Statement Guidance

Hello,
After a long time I am starting a thread.
Can I write a patient name in Personal Statement or I should not as it might be considered as a breach of patient confidentiality.

Hi Khushboo,
Long time we did not see you in the forums

Never write a patient name or any other personally identifiable information about any person other than you.

If you want to tell a patient story, you can tell it, but it should be anonymous.

And I guess if you really want to give it a personal touch, you can mention initials of the patient (like AS, KS, etc.) I've seen academicians do that in research articles.
