Question MSPE vs. transcript

Hello!

I have a question regarding the MSPE. I received a 9 pages document attached to my medical diploma that contains my personal information, all the grades that I took during the medical years and information regarding the grading system in my home country and the ranking in my year. I uploaded this document as the transcript in ERAS. I called my faculty to ask about MSPE and they said they don't release anything like that.

What do you advise me to do? To upload the same document as MSPE or to leave it blank?

Thanks!

Many International Medical Schools do not provide MSPE. Instead they give you what was previously called (Dean Letter). It can be as simple as a one page letter from your dean saying that you graduated in such date and your ranking was such and such and that you were a good student and you did not have problems and there was no interruption in your years of study.

But do not title the paper (Dean Letter), title it MSPE.

The information you have mentioned is called (Final Medical School Transcript) and it won't be accepted as MSPE.

Many residency programs requires MSPE and therefore it's important that you add it to your application.
