I upload my MSPE in 19-8 but still not present in the eras post office, also today i upload my medical transcript, and no thing appear in ADTS.
So can i catch up 15-9, or i will be late. If iam late after 15-9 so what to do submit my application, or waiting till upload.

In my opinion just call them and ask why it isn't uploaded yet! I mean MSPE! But I am pretty sure they will upload it soon and you can send your application on time...
