Default need info about these programs

Hi, I need to know whether the following programs are IMG friendly or not? In which of the following programs from NY should IMGs apply?

1-Cooney island hospital program
2-Mount sinai school of medicine(elmhurst) program
3-SUNY health sciences center, Brooklyn program
4-United health services hospital program
5-St John's Episcopal Hospital-South Shore Program, Far Rockaway, NY
6- St Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital Center Program, New York, NY
7- Winthrop-University Hospital Program, Mineola, NY
8-New York Medical College (Sound Shore) Program, New Rochelle, NY
9- New York Medical College at Westchester Medical Center Program, Valhalla, NY

5-Allegheny General Hospital-Western Pennsylvania Hospital Medical Education Consortium (AGH) Program,
6- Albert Einstein Healthcare Network Program, Philadelphia, PA

look these are the programs everyone will apply to.

It all comes down to the USMLE steps and USCE.

6 month USCE plus a 230/240 on both steps is guaranteed interview with these.
