what is NRMP

how is it different from eras

do IMGs need to register with both organisations??

Eras is something that transmits applications to programs and conveys messages from programs... Its like a mediator between applicants and programs.....
NRMP comes into picture after u r done with the interviews n stuff and start ranking programs.... Its the one which conducts "match" n "Post match".
Yeah u need to register with both.

Its open from sept 15th until some time in feb.... U can register anytime..
