PDF How to shrink the PDF?

I have been trying to shrink my PDF for my MSPE to upload it but I failed many times plz help

Just google ' how to reduce PDF file size' , there are a lot of online applications that can do that

You can decrease the quality of the scan. That way you would decrease the size.

open a new word file,drag & drop the image in the new word file ,save as pdf,voila .
