Clock Consensus of timeline of events on Sunday, September 15th

I've read a lot of threads and posts about what exactly we do on September 15th as we submit our applications. I figured maybe we could get a consensus on exactly the order and timing of events on Sunday, September 15th:

1. Release our USMLE scores to programs. My understanding is that somehow/somewhere we click 'yes' and we then pay $70. Does anyone know what time this can be done? Presumably it's done before 08:00 EST.

2. We can submit our application at 08:00 EST.

3. We can register with NRMP at 12:00 EST.

4. We can enter our NRMP registration number into the profile section in myERAS after registering (i.e. enter the reg number after we have submitted the application).

5. We pay for the applications process at some stage after applying. Or do we pay before we can actually submit the application?

Thanks in advance for everyone's input!

You can release your transcript by clicking USMLE transcript on the dashboard then selecting yes and clicking save. This way you will be able to select in the programs tab when you start choosing your programs. I would recommend you select your programs and assign the LORs, transcript and PS ahead of time if you can so on sep 15 you only need to apply. As for payment for the transcript i think ERAS will generate an invoice after you apply to programs and will charge you for it then.

Thanks.
Absolutely, everyone should have their application ready to go on Sept 15th, rather than selecting documents to upload to the various programs on the 15th.
