Question I made a mistake in my LOR upload.please guide.anybody???

While trying to upload my lors when the lor sections ask whether the LOR writer is a program director or not,I put they are thinking they are the head of the departments and division chiefs.
Now what can I do?.all my letters have already been uploaded
Please guide me.i am freaking out here.thanks

Re upload???wat does that mean???shud I start calling all the LOR writer again sending them request to please re upload the letter for me?..
They already took three months to do all of them...I just mistakenly put PD s when they ae not....

Frankly I don't know whether that mistake you mentioned is acceptable or not. However, I contacted ERAS before, and they said that once you upload LoR you can not make ANY changes. If you want to make changes, the only thing you can do is to reupload the letter.

Reupload = Finalize another slot and ask them to reupload. It shouldn't take 3 months to upload the LoR once you have it. It should take less than an hour for them to upload AND UP TO 2 weeks for it to be available in your ERAS post office.

I think your best option is to call ERAS and tell them about this problem. They may be able to take care of this problem over the phone or at least they will point you in the right direction. My best guess, the problem may be solved if you re-finalize (technically, create a new finalized form) your LoR. Just remember to use the correct LoR when you send out your apps.

But for the letter to be uploaded to the ERAS post-office you may still have to wait 2 weeks. That is why you should call them and let them know about this. They may be able to take care of it on the spot.
