Calendar Incomplete on 15th vs Complete on late September

Hi guys,
As the application starting date draws near, I wish everyone a great season.
I am really concerned about my letters of recommendation which were uploaded a few days back. In case I apply without them, and allot them later (around 20th max), would it make a difference? Also does it make a difference if we apply a few days later rather than on 15th.
Can anyone help me out in this regard?
Thanks

Default Complete Application is Critical

Which of the following is better?

a) Incomplete application (missing LoRs) on September 15th
b) Complete application (all LoRs there) on September 30th

I choose B

What if what's missing on your application is actually your medical school transcript??

how long does this take to upload anyways?? i read that it would take 3-4 days but mine is taking longer, probably because they have a lot of documents to upload now...

thank you

Anything missing is considered incomplete application and highly likely be filtered out by residency programs.

What if we allocate 2 letters now, and 2 later (when they become available)?
