Question should I start to apply on Sep 15 when LORs are still uploading?

Hello all:

As titled, should I start to apply program when my US LORs are still uploading and US LORs may take up to two weeks after Sep15?

and one more question, I got message in myeras saying

" we have receieved one or more LORs for your application and yu have not yet finalized the LOR author in myeras"

but so far I only uplod one LOR bymyself from home country, this is not via the portal, so what does that mean?

last question, where can I pay when I apply program?

Thank you!

The first step before you upload an LoR is what's called "Finalize LoR". You have to do that in myERAS website. If you don't do that. Your uploaded LoR will never reach ERAS.

Do not apply while the LoR is still being uploaded this is because programs will likely filter you out (incomplete application) and they'll never come back to your profile even if your LoRs become available later.

Therefore the safest approach is to wait until your profile is complete and then apply.

I personally think that until Mid October, an application is not considered late and stands good chances.

You will pay the fees when you hit the "apply" button.

Yeah that's right.
Actually the correct sequence is, first finalize the LoR in ERAS and then upload in OASIS, but anyway it's not a big deal, it can be reverse order.
