Question Supporting documents for oral presenation and poster

Dear doctor,

I did alot of oral presentations during my medical school and electives in US.
Can i write them without prove ?
how can i prove that i did oral presentation?
The same question about Posters ... i did poster about toxic seed .. but i don't have any prove

The symposium wherein you had the poster or abstract presentation will have a souvenir booklet containing all the presentations. They give this away for free to all the participants. Contact those symposiums/programs and ask them to send you a copy via email or ordinary mail.

You don't need a proof for oral presentations and posters.

Here in America, people are trusted until proven otherwise. So nobody will come and ask you give me a proof that you did this oral presentation.

However, they might like to discuss with you the topics and see how knowledgeable you are about it.

If there is an abnormal OCD Program Director that asks you about proofs, then he/she has problems and even in that case you can simply tell him/her I don't have certificates but I can show you the work if you like.
