Question Submit your Application button

When exactly we have to click that 'Submit your Application' button on Home tab of ERAS Application? I mean before or after applying to programs?

I know it's only 08:00 EST, but has anyone got the same problem as me:

Under the 'Apply to Programs' tab (under programs), all the programs I have selected have a red "You may not apply to this program at this time" beside them.

I wonder if I have done something wrong?

Well, we have to certify and submit the application before selecting programs, but when I click on 'submit your application' it says "You will not be able to certify and submit your application until September 15."

It is now 08:15, so I wonder if there's a glitch somewhere? (or perhaps I need to switch my computer time zone to EST?).

You could summit your application starting at 9:00 AM EST.

Thanks StepIn - I thought it was 08:00 EST. Don't know where I got that time from.
Sometimes I wonder if I'm ready for residency if I can't get a simple time correct!
