uploading will take 1-2 weeks, so you should just ask your letter writers

I had asked the same question to ERAS support service and this is what they replied.

Thank you for contacting ERAS Support Services at ECFMG.

There is really no way for you to check whether or not it has been uploaded until you see that has been processed and released to the ERAS Post Office, which as you know can take up to two weeks. However, you can always ask our office and we'd be happy to inform of a waived letter's status.
