Question programs which require additional materials

hey guys,

i am an IMG applying to FM and peds. While sending out my applications, I came across a couple of programs which required additional materials from IMGs such as a copy of the medical school diploma and ECFMG certificate. does anyone know how we can send these to the programs?

You must have sent your Diploma, Transcript, etc to ECFMG when you first registered for a Step exam. Just call them and they will transfer all those documents to ERAS Post Office.

As for your ECFMG Certificate. It is a part of the ECFMG Status Report that they update as soon as their is any change in your status.

hi guys,

I just spoke with the ECFMG - ERAS support services contact team. They said that I would have to call the college up directly to ask them how they expect me to forward these materials since these are beyond the standard requirements. I have not been able to successfully get in touch with the program yet. But thought I would post this here for everyone's benefit.

Good luck to all!
