Unhappy Worried about LoR Upload

hi friends,

my lors are still not uploaded and i am very worried about the match..

i am an img..i requested my medical school to upload lor through emswp so it gets processed fatser..the college staff has no clue how to go about it..they mentioned that they use emswp only to check transcripts and verifications..

if anybody can help me with how to upload lors through emswp pls let me know..i can inform my college of the same..

Correct Answer

Hi Raven, if your med school doesn't help with uploading, you should ask your letter writer to use the letter writer portal, I think that would be the 2nd best option and that is what I did in this situation.


ECFMG / ERAS seems to be quite busy at this time.


@all: Does anybody have information about the current processing time for LORs using the LWP?

E.g. when did your letter writer send the LOR and when was your LOR uploaded?

My first letter took 20 days
My second letter took 2 days!
Both were waived
It's variable and depends mostly on luck

Iam waiting fr mine too..uploaded on sept 16th! called them and emailed them twice but nothing so far..
