Question Letting programs know I got a new score

Hey guys,

So here's my question of the day.
I passed my CS today ( YAY!) and immediately re-transmitted my USMLE transcript on ERAS. so far I see on my ADT's that about a third of the programs got my ECFMG status report (new date of today compared to previous date of September 15-16) but NOT my USMLE transcript.

as far as I understand, the downloading of data (as we see on ADT's) is automatic, so the PC/PD is not really aware that something changed in my application. therefore, should I send out a polite, short email to program coordinators telling them I have passed my CS and also mention that I hope to get an interview from them ( show my interest)?

what do you think?
thanks for your advice

It's better to email them. I did the same when I got my CK result on 25th.

should we send the email to the PD or to the PC?

the PC may not care and toss it aside without it having any impact. but the PD may be too busy to deal with this and maybe its something Łtoo small" to interrupt the PD with?
what do you think?

I don't think it would matter whom you designate it to.
I used "Dear Program Director"

thanks, but I didnt mean who to designate it to.
I meant which email should I send it to? FREIDA has different email address for the PC and for the PD of each program... so which of them to send the email to?
thanks so much for responding!
