Listening Radiology fellowship and USMLE scores

hi guys,
i need a clear answer plz

i am img radiologist who seeking fellowship not residency in radiology

do i need high scores in usmle exams or just be ecfmg certified + pass step 3

plz answer as if i need high score it will need looonger time for prepare than just passing the exams.

You definitelt need high scores even if you are a radiologist back in your country. Radiology is one of the toughest specialities to get into, although im not sure if you can get a fellowships directly in radiology without doing a residency in the US that easily, I would rather advice you to apply for a residency.

I have the same situation as you have. I think USMLE scores are imortant.
But ofcourse it all depends on what kind of fellowship and in what center you wanna start. if you wanna be ABR certified eventually, I`m telling you that your scores will help you alot in the whole process.
