Being a fresh graduate is certainly a plus. However without high USMLE Scores and without USCE your chances are very low.

Thanks sir for ur rply... Actualy wat i askd u was juz a possibility. Til nw i hav not given my steps... Nd i can tel u dat bcoz of many reasons i wud be able to aply for residency only aft 4-5yrs aft my grad... So wil dat make things very difficult for me..?? Suppose if im able to get scores in early 90s... Nd get 2-3 months of USCE... then fairly where do i stand..? Wil there be chances for me... Or it wil bcme difficult..?

This year an IMG with lower 90, 5 years after grad, and 3 months USCE should probably get 4 to 6 interviews if he/she applies for Internal Medicine which is a descent number and good possibility of matching.

But that's for this year. For the upcoming years nobody knows what will happen it can be easier and it can be more difficult.
