Question Interview Question: How did you overcome a conflict?

I haven't had any conflicts with attentions or staff or anything but this is an important question. Can someone give me some inspiration for a story I could use?

Thanks

You don't need to lie or use someone else story! Just say the truth, since we are still young and don't have years of experience we didnt encounter such a situation. Also add about your friendly personality, ability to listen coworkers opinion and generally easy going personality. For instance, add some story about your sibling and how you could compromise.

the answer i had in mind for these kind of questions:
"At the top of my head, I can't recall such an encounter. However, if i were ever to be in that kind of situation, I would do...."

this is pretty much my answer to all questions that will catch me offguard
