Question Proof of Previous Work Experience

Hello to all of you, great people in times of anxiety and nerve wrecking!
Well, I will apply for the residency next year, and need some advice from the people who are more experienced. How do you provide proof of previous work experience? Does your previous employer need to upload something, or what?
I would appreciate any help! Best of luck to all!

You don't need that. The match process is designed for AMGs, they apply as 4th years medical students, with ther student performance, scores, research experience, and strong letters of recommendation, they can produce a strong application. As an IMG, you need to present solid letters of recommendation! ideally from your previous hands -on US clinical experience, that can be verified. Any previous experience abroad is important, but does not have a heavy weight in your application
