Skin Dermatology residency

We all know dermatology residency is a very very tough one. But still I am interested to know that is there any chance for IMGs?
I am really interested in Dermatology. Is there any IMG who got into dermatology residency?

From what I see in the 2013 match data, 21/38 were U.S. seniors. So I would say 17 got in. ?!

Oh I see...
they list US grads who have taken a year off separately..

so that leaves 1 US-IMG 1 non-US IMG and 1 DO
