Hi I am a fifth year student from Bangladesh planning to give the USMLE sometime in 2016. Now I don't have a green card. However I have a five year tourist visa till 2018. Can I still manage to get any Clinical experience here in US without the residency status? And will doing my internship back at home help me in anyway or is it just a waste of my time? Really need help!Any advice will be much appreciated

yes, you can and should definitely look to get usce while you have a valid visa.
internship at home holds no value in u.s
