Default decreasing residency spots

I received an email from a program saying they have reduced the number of residents and are teaming up with another hospital system. Does that have any implications on the training and quality of the program?

Do you mean St Elizabeth's - MA?

This mean that the program is not stable ..

Reduce the spots and joining to carney hospital .. I will move the program down in my list ..
