My MSPE was very simple. My school does not want to issue something similar to that of the US grads. But i know some schools in my home country would allow the students to come up with that similar to the US MSPE and the dean will just sign. My school does not do this. My school is quite strict about honesty and authenticity in school documents.
My school MSPE is just one page assessment which states your class ranking and a checklist of various virtues and skills of a student and the corresponding assessment for these in terms of whether excellent, very good, good, neutral, poor, very poor, etc, etc.
Even with the kind of MSPE i submitted, i received 3 IVs and matched!
I'm not saying that you should not try to come up with the MSPE as recommended by ERAS. If it i possible to have such kind of MSPE then by all means try to get one. I'm just sharing my experience, so that if your school really doesn't issue such MSPE then don't lose hope that you won't be able to secure IVs or that you won't get matched just because your MSPE format is not following the US format. US progs understand that international med schools may not follow the MSPE format as recommended by ERAS.
