Default Desperate for advice!!! Please

Hello, I graduated in Dec. 2011 and passed Step 1 on 2012 with a sad 193 on my third attempt. I just finished a year of observership in Puerto Rico, where I'm from. I am currently studying for step 2 ck which I take in April. I know my chances are slim, but should I apply for The Match 2015 this Sept while I do some research or should I take yet another year before applying for 2016 while I work on US experience, my CV and LORs. I know it's more time since my graduation but I'll have more to show on my cv. Please help, I'm desperate and would appreciate ANY advice.

I'd go with the second option and add step 3 to it. Having a good USCE and LORs can add a lot to your application, just make sure you don't have any gaps in your CV. A year extra wont have that much impact as long as you remain in the game

I agree taking step 3 helps a lot and more US experience will be a big boost on your application

how is step 2 studying going? if you get over a 240-250 on that it will look good. observerships don't help too much because theyre not hands on. if I were you I would apply this year anyways. still work on your US experience, CV LORs like you mentioned but no harm in applying this year, although u prob wont get any IVs. might as well try
