Calendar Which Matching Season I will apply?

If I give step 1 in 2012 March, step 2 CK and CS cleared already right now.

When I will be able to participate in the match? 2013 or 2014?

I have this visa which is b1 for up until 2014 so am confused cause CS I already given and don't know in which year I will be able to sit in match if i get my final result in march 2012 and ECFMG certification in June.

Please help
