Unhappy

You can't work prior to starting residency unless you have a green card.

Default Ha! Rock Solid@ USMLE! you can see you call me mania and want to be your messiah

you just think of your response to the question of no job for even after passing step 3, and I try to find a way to solve the big issue for us, yet you both are arrogant calling me mania!

I believe you should regret it !

this issue of ECFMG certificate holders cannot work is a REALITY and we need to stand up to make legislation agree!

if everybody is negative and arrogant and inconsiderate like you, ECFMG certificate holders forever live in the dark and that also means all of our investments our knowledge are DUMPED into the DRAIN !

People need to cooperate with me to make a strong and big group to put this into the ballot and one day it will become legal for us to be able to work as Physician Associates!

that is NO MANIA TO SAY SUCH A REALISTIC PROJECT AND VERY POSSIBLE TO DO IF PEOPLE STAND TOGETHER TO MAKE IT HAPPEN!

Default to rock solid

to rock solid: can you give me your email, I am going to send you something and see if you would change your mind and you may want to cooperate with me to do this, and even pursue other people, ECFMG certificate holders especially the ones who are in the US unemployed right now to get involved into this project

please give me your email, and stop your inconsideration to my good will.

1. Don't waste your time with lotus.
2. I think you need to be clear with your initial question. I think what you are asking is what you should do after giving step3? If so, you should look to get involved in research, externships, observerships. All these will improve your cv and increase your chances of matching. You can do these things on a visitor visa. There are hundreds of people who do this, they struggle and work hard and eventually succeed. Those who fail have a false sense of entitlement from the easy path they had to their respective positions in their home country. Hence, all the moaning and groaning about the system. This years IMG match rate in I.M was 49%, the highest ever - and up from 47% last year. Make intelligent use of your time from now till September and you will succeed.
