Default Honest opinion needed- don't hold back

Hi..
So I'm completely screwed. I'm an IMG who graduated in 2009 and has not done anything since then. I doubt my reasons of preparing for post graduation at home and then being depressed will mean anything at all while explaining the gap.

Also, I gave Step 2 CK and 2 CS last year and I failed both. I am going to give them again this year and get some observerships in the meantime.

I still have bad days and need to set up an appointment with a therapist at some point.

Regardless, is there any point in me continuing at all? The only semi postive thing I have going for me is that I have been doing an online MPH since last year.

Some opinion needed please?

I'm embarrassed to even post this

What do you mean by "havent done anything"? Do you mean you weren't working as a doctor?
If that is the case, and I don't mean to be needlessly negative, but I think it's a huge waste of time and money applying. I know of applicants with less red flags who got no interviews from 250 applications.
