Default Deans letter

I am an IMG planning to apply for the coming match. I ve been looking at the Deans letter template provided by the AAMC on the ECFMG website

https://www.aamc.org/download/64496/data/mspeguide.pdf

And I kinda feel that there are a lot of stuff that are not applicable in our school like the appendices, and now feel kinda lost

any word on deans letter?

Generally, if you are an IMG, the dean's letter is just a formality. If your medical school has had other USMLE applicants, they will know what to do. Mine had one paragraph about each of the rotations ( what the purpose of the rotations was and how I performed). No graphs or any other appendices. It was just 2 pages. Hope it helps.
