Default Shadowing or Hands-on???

Which one is better... Observership at a university hospital or hands on in a Small hospital like Jackson park Chicago... Please some help me with this....

ultimately it depends on who writes you a better LoR. I guess hands-on would be better. But does Jackson Park offer it?

I agree is not the "title of the play" what matters . Is who write the letter, and you are going to be way better with a letter from a University hospital, than a private office who nobody knows.
