Question Work experience in CAF

After completing 5 years of MBBS course , we did 3 rotations in 1 year internship in home country -- medicine (4 months) , surgery(4.5 months ) , obgyn ( 3.5 months ) and got paid for that and also did 3 oral presentations for a single case ( ESRD ) in medicine unit ...
Now my questions are :
1. Can i put those 3 rotations separately in my CAF as a work experience ?
2. Can i put that presentation in presentation part of CAF ?
Thank You

Any clinical rotation that you have done as part of your medical school curriculum should not be counted as work experience.

If you got your Diploma/Transcript before those rotations then yes you can put them as work experience.

As for the presentations, I see no problem in listing them, yes you can

Thank you for your reply .... In my medical diploma date is June 2008 but i finished my 1 yr intern in October 2008 . But in my final medical transcript date is Nov.2008. So as my diploma date june and internship end Oct ... So can i put 4 months of experience .....
Thank You

No you should not put it as work experience. You might be in trouble during the interviews because they will recognize that these rotations are part of your curriculum and as jobs (even though they were paid). The safest approach is not to include them.

Excuse me Sabio,

I think I have a good suggestion:

FSUSTC, Since your medical diploma is june 2008...then your graduation date will be considered june 2008. I asked ECFMG about this issue, they don't look at the Transcript date, just recognize the final Diploma as the graduation date.
I will suggest to put this all experience under the name "internship year" & define its start & end dates.
