Listening what are my chances ?

Hi all
I am an international medical student. I am already done with my step 1 and had a 99/336 score , I also completed my CS and still waiting for the result which will be in late april 2011. My CK is scheduled in mid Aug and my graduation is in June 2011. I did a 2 months hands-on clinical clerkship in an American hospital and already got 2 LOR from 2 American consultants. I have a very simple research experience and I was active in students extra-curricular activities. I have some questions :

-What chances do u think i have for a match ?
-Any tips to increase that chance?
-Do u think it's better to apply with my step1, step2 and cs results in Sep. the 1st or to wait a couple of weeks tell mid sep to get the ecfmg certificate? ( you know that the certificate takes like 2-3 weeks to be issued after completing your 3 exams )

I am really confused specially about the last point.. help please

Your chances are very good. You can obtain residency in IM, FM, Peds, Psych, Neuro, and others with ease.

I suggest you apply as soon as you get all the test results, PDs do understand that the ECFMG certificate does take time before it's issued.
