Question If you waive your right to view the LoR...

Guys... a simple question:
can I waive my right to view the LoRs only for SOME LoRs?
This is because I know that some of the people that will write LoR for me will be really too busy/lazy to through the uploading process, while others, more familiar with the US system, will be happy to upload them by themselves...

Thank you for your help!

Yeah you can. Every letter lets you pick waived or unwaived. I really would recommend only using waived though. Unwaived carry so much less weight.

Thanks! Another stupid question... In order to let the people upload their LoRs one needs to have an account, obviously, but can I get an account whenever I want or do I need to wait for a specific date?
Thanks so much for you help

It lets you do that after you register for ERAS and after a certain date. I think it's some time in the Summer.

So let's say I have an observership now, I can't really ask people to upload the LoRs until summer, right? sorry, I now I'm annoying, but I don't want to mess this up!

Thanks so much

Not annoying at all. I had all the same questions last year.
Yeah you're correct. You can't upload them until ERAS opens. You can ask them to write them while you're fresh in their minds, and upload them later. That's what most people I know did.
