Listening MSPE for IMG

Does anybody have any resources or templates for this.
How important is it?

Generally speaking the MSPE is not as important for the IMG as it is for the AMG:

Default Another question.

Thanks for the answer and links.
I have another question - can I sent in the LORs and the dean letter myself, or should the people that write it for me sent it directly to the ECFMG. I'm a little confused with this.
Also, what's the advantage of the waiver? What's the difference?
