Question Waiving your rights for the LoR

What does this actually mean and is it important to write this statement in all LoRs..the statement is,,,"dr.....waives his right to see this letter and in the future.

Waiving your rights means you don't see the LoR, the writer writes the LoR and sends directly to ERAS without you seeing it.
