Listening 93, 99, USCE, IMG looking for IM Residency

I am A graduate of 2008 IMG , doing IM residency in my country
Step1 = 219/93
Step2 = 229/99
will take CS in june , going for 2012 match looking for IM .
will be having 1 month of hands on U.S clinical experience , plus one month observership.
I am seriously discouraged by other IMG with higher scores not getting any IM interviews ,
WHAT SHOULD I DO , REALLY WORRIED . NEED ADVISE , ANYONE PLEASE..

Your profile should easily get at least 5-7 IM interviews.

Step 3 is a double-edged sword, if you get high score it will increase your chances, if you get low score it will decrease your chances, therefore, if you are not sure of getting high score, then leave it.
If you are looking for H1B Visa, it's recommended you do Step 3.

I suggest you do more and more USCE to boost your chances.
