Talking Resideny other than in USA!

Hi all

I know this forum is for residency in USA, but it never harms to have plan B!
Does anyone know about how to get into residency in Australia / New Zealand or at least know where to go to get these info?

Thanks

Default USMLE for NZ

Hi,

There's a good link on how to get residency in NZ here http://www.usmlerockers.net/profiles...BlogPost:14837

Basically you need to pass USMLE step 1 and 2 CK, get 7.5 in IELTS then do the NZREX clinical exam.

All going well you can then try for an internship. They now have a residency matching scheme here too http://www.healthcareers.org.nz/ACEP...9/Default.aspx,
It looks like in recent years about 50% success for FMGs who have done NZREX, but historically it's close to 20%.
