Surgery Surgery residency stories

any successful story about general surgery residency

and what about subspecialty after general surgery

for example cardiothoracic or GIT or vascular and plastic surgery

I think forget subspecalties in surgery, even general surgery is a long shot, plastics is not possible lol

I believe there is nothing impossible but you should work hard until your dream will be a real

many people told me that general surgery and subspecialties are dream

but i wil try ...... i am falling in love with surgery and i can't forgot about it LOL

Mmm...I still remember your post about step 1, let me say it is better to forget it mate...I know how it is hard to accept it...but let's talk from the realistic angle...my advice is to try other countries & keep this as just a chance...in orther words, don't put all your eggs in USA basket. Just put one egg here & put the others in other country.

I am not pessimistic, thumbs up for your determination & persistence. But life teaches us how to be realistic

what a great advice ( try another countries ) i think you are totally wrong

and 91 in step 1 is not the end of the world and it is not too bad

program director look also for step 2 ck , cs , USCE and visa status

and BTW i am realistic and i plan to apply for Internal medicine AND Pediatric as backup .

and the days between us
