Default How do Canadian graduates stand in US match?

I just graduated from a Canadian medical school this year. I am participating in the 2015 US residency matching.

My step 2 CK score is 233 and I have a first attempt pass on CS. My step 1 is still pending but I will get the results in the next few weeks.

I am applying to most of the pediatrics program which gives j1 or h1b visa and I am not picky about the location. I will be happy if I get matched to a reasonable program.

I have 3 good letters of recommendation from highly-recognized pediatricians in Canada. I, however, do not have any elective experiences in the US. I am currently doing a Master degree in Community Health and Epidemiology I do not have any research publications as of this moment.

I am really worried about my chances of getting in a pediatric residency. What are my chances?

Thank you in advance.

Canadian's are looked as if you are an AMG. You will 100% match and not just to any program, you can EASILY match to a great university program, no questions asked.

All the best,
