Question Personal Statements Information

I didn't get it, I can download as many personal statements from the net but can use only one for each program!

What are these personal statements? how are they used?

Personal statement (PS) is a short (usually one page) assay about yourself.

It should be written by you and it should talk about your goals, history, personality, ..etc

It's better to write a PS specific for each specialty that you will apply for. Such as one for IM and one for neurology.
