Default LOR letterhead and school transcripts

Hello everyone,

I`ve read this forum a lot and it has been very helpful but this is the first time I`m posting.

I have a question about the LOR. I have a LOR from my country that is written in english but the letterhead is in my native language. It contains the name of the hospital and the adress , phone numbers and emails. The author also provided her email in the letter. Is that ok or should I contact her and ask her to edit the letterhead and translate the name of the hospital? (the phone, fax and email are evident and the adress is in a different format than you would have it here in US).

The second question is about the school transcripts. They are in my language but underneath each row there is the english translation. I did not need to get a translation when I applied for ECFMG certification. Should I get a translation for ERAS?

Thank you all so much and thank you for all the information that has been already posted on the forum !
