Help visa and pocket money

I am new in this forum and have very little knowledge about usmle
me from asia desire for working in usa
my question is-
  1. if I get residency after passing step1 step 2 cs, then am I eligible for visa?
    and i am eligible for visa for how many years??
  2. during my residency will i be paid per month? if i paid, then how many amounts?
  3. if i paid, is it sufficient to deal my family in usa?
  4. after completing my residency, if i fail to pass the step 2 ck and step 3, then what will be my fate? my will my visa be invalid?
  5. if i failed to pass step 2 ck and step 3 then how can i lead my family, what will be my job in usa? or its is mandatory to back to my home from usa?
plz inform me what u know about this

You have to pass Step 1, Step 2 CK, and Step 2 CS in order to be ECFMG certified.

Then you can apply for residency.

Residency programs can either sponsor you J1 or H1B visa.

If you get J1 visa then you have to leave USA back to your country for two years or get a waiver.

If you get H1B visa, you can later on apply for Green card and stay in USA.

Residency programs pay you monthly salary about $3,000 which in most cases enough to feed your family (family less than 5 persons).
