Help Visa rejected, can you help!

my visa was rejected under section 214b. there were some problems with my application. i knew them but i was hoping for a miracle.
i graduated in 2010. since graduation i only studied for step1 and CK and gave both of them and 4 days before visa interview i got a honorary ( unpaid) housejob in pathology. i mentioned previous work as " doesnt apply"
now i wanna change my application, if i get a paid house job somehow what should i do to fill my 2 years gap after graduation? i can produce some documents like i have worked in a psychiatric-rehab center for 2 years or as a training intern in a pathology lab and i can produce the pay slips too.
now what to do? i dint mention any previous job last time when i applied. should i mention it now? if NOT, i dont think i can get a visa with a 2 years unemployed gap.
plz sincere advice needed!

well visa rejection doesn't have much to do with employment as they too would understand that one would lock himself up in the room and rub hiss a** for 6-9 months least (as in your case..since you have taken both step 1 and step 2 CK. have u got ur scores??? well since its two years post your graduation , you can produce work experince for one year as a medical officer or something, and I don't think you need to produce payslip as such but if you can manage, manage a fake n' authentic letter from a reputed hospital around ..but rejecting visas has to do with lot of other issues, most major being your double score which is not a percentile anymore and a score of 260 is a must now...

First of get a job...being unemployed is a big no no...do a job even for a month and u ll be fine it should be paid just mention ur current job....fill the gap with wht ever things u can tht is not important ur current job status how ever is very imp...ill advice u not to change ur application tell the vo only if asked about previous job...u shud have documented proof of everythng....and i dont agree with the person who is saying 260+ is a must for visa....no it is not just need to have a decent score....be confident IA ull get it just be prepared for everythng tht might be asked.
