Default Appearing for visa without CK score

Hi,
I'm planning to give my visa interview from Chennai,India without my CK score. I have my Step 1 score. My CK prep isn't going well, I'll have to push the date closer to my CS exam and appear without the score. I would have taken the exam but wouldn't have the scores on hand. Will this mess with my chances of getting a visa?

Or should I go ahead and give CK early so as to make sure I'll have the score?

Thanks in advance.
-Divya.

Why do you need the ck score to apply for visa?
Just apply to the visa if you have the ecfmg visa cover letter for cs, nobody cares about the scores during visa interview.

Ok, Heard some people got rejected on the basis of these grounds.
Thanks for clearing it up.
