Passport visa refused for residency interviews

i have got 10 invitations for residency interviews. unfortunately i was refused visa for the same 3 times now...i initially had one year multiple entry b1/2 visa on which i completed my CS, step 3 and observerships. My first interview is on 28th november. I dont see any way out....they keep on rejecting my visa under section 214-b. apparently i have stayed longer than there liking(5 months on each visit, i got 6 months permission each time). If anybody has some suggestions, it would be of great help....thanks!

Default hi

Have you got a visa now?
The only reason i can see is that you stayed for long on each trip. If they give you a 6 month entry, doesn't mean that you can stay for 5 months 29 days and tell that you came back on time.

I am interested in what you told to Immigration people at the airport when you went for CS (usually at the interview people tell that they are going for 2 weeks only for the exam and get the visa), but what did you tell them at the airport that they gave you a 6 month stay?

And about the rejections, find a good visa consultant (easy to do that in India) and take their advise and ask them how to answer your rejections and earlier long duration stay. I think interviews happen till Jan, so even now there is a chance to get it!

Hope this helps

so sorry to read this. you must be a strong applicant and you have done so much for matching. security measures should really improve to filter out truly wrong people not the right ones.
