What documents did you showed them ..... ????

Was you going to take CK in US ? or CS ?

What category of visa you applied for ???

What were their questions and how did you answer them ?

and as for the strong home ties ....people show
  1. stability in career .... a good well paid job
  2. financial statements ....through property papers and bank accounts
  3. social ties ---- relatives and most importantly parents ...also marriage and kids if you have .... you are most likely to come back for them

And mostly it is about how you tackle the interviewer's question ....

and don't worry a no of people get rejected before they finally get it ....so apply in a month at the same consulate ...then if you get rejected again then i would suggest you to change that consulate and go to a consulate in your home country .....there are atleast 3-4 in every major country

thanx for ur reply,i said him my purpose to apply is to appear in cs in us for which i showed him ecfmg letter.but m too stupid,i said him straightforwardly when he asked if you u applied anywhere in future for job where it will be??i said i m planning to apply in match 2014 in usa.my visa was B2 for which i applied.i think he got that m never going to come back.but now weird that if i m going continue my h.job and show that m doing h.job just after 1month then couldnot that be a problem?as i said in interview that i donot intend to do h.job.

As far as i have talked to people
  1. u must have taken both step 1 n step 2 before applying.
  2. u must b employed.
  3. u must have legal papers(affidavit n legal surity bonds) showing that u will return after c.s other wise u will b legally liable.
  4. u must have proper itinerary showing that u will only visit c.s exam center n no other visits inside u.s
  5. u must not mention about ur relatives in u.s( even if u have, if u mention thats like a suicide ).
  6. u must have strong bank statement of ur sponsors.
  7. ur future plans should b ''cooked'' in such a way that shows u will obviously come back to ur homeland after c.s
  8. ur personal job's pay slips, showing that u r really getting pay here in your home country n cant stay away for a long time.
  9. properly signed ''leave application'' from ur job officer, institution head(M.S).
  10. all the documentations regarding c.s
  11. hotel booking in u.s showing ur temporary stay.
  12. Having a RETURN TICKET WITH YOU

you didn't answered all of my questions ..... and there is no harm in reapplying in a month .... i have seen people accepted ....but this time be a little prepared on the questions aspect
