Passport Interesting Visa questions

I am just curious:

1. if one gets accepted for residency and he is sponsored a J1 visa, is there any way to get around the 2 year rule to return to his home country after completion of the residency training.

2. if one can apply for the 2015 match as an IMG on J1, would you rather do that or wait for the 2016 match and do research in between or marry your american girlfriend (possibility for a green card)

3. and rather apply for residency with a green card and LORs that are 2 years old or the match a year earlier with 1 year old LORs but only on a J1 visa

The only way to get around the two years rule is by doing a waiver job.

I would personally wait until I get the Green Card and go into residency with green card (if the difference is only one year) but I doubt it that you can get your Green card in one year even if you marry your American girlfriend.

what exactly is the waiver job?

I mean it is possible to start research in June next year and get supported for a green card by your supervisor, if one is lucky you can have it by september next year.

Are you trying to ask if your J1 research sponsor would help you get a green card?
