Use of language
By registering to USMLE Forums, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, racially discriminating, hateful, threatening, or in violation of any standard law.
Users are responsible for their content
You are responsible for all content that you submit, post, or otherwise make available to or through the USMLE Forums website. By doing so, you represent and warrant to USMLE Forums that such content is not confidential and that you have all necessary permission to submit, post and otherwise make available such content. Materials protected by copyright laws should not be submitted and users should have full ownership of the content that they submit, see our Copyright Policy document for further details. Although the administrators and moderators of USMLE Forums will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of the author. The owners of USMLE Forums will NOT be held responsible for the content of any message.
USMLE content (including USMLE exam questions) is a copyright of the NBME and FSMB organizations and posting such content constitutes breach of copyright laws. If you (the USMLE Forums user) plan on taking any USMLE exam you should abide by the rules stated in The USMLE bulletin of information. The USMLE bulletin specifically states "you will maintain the confidentiality of the materials, including the multiple-choice items, and the case content for Step 2 CS and Primum CCS. You will not reproduce or attempt to reproduce examination materials through memorization or any other means. Also, you will not provide information relating to examination content that may give or attempt to give unfair advantage to individuals who may be taking the examination. This includes postings regarding examination content and/or answers on the Internet."
Linking and Promoting Piracy Content
USMLE Forums website is not responsible for the content published in other external websites. However, links to external content such as websites, emails, and/or individuals that promote and/or make available the sale, the share, and/or the download of pirated copyrighted materials will be deleted and their authors will be banned as soon as they are recognized. Content Ownership and License
USMLE Forums makes no claims to ownership of content that you submit, post or otherwise make available to or through the USMLE Forums website and users continue to retain all ownership rights in such content. However, you do grant to USMLE Forums and its affiliates a worldwide, nonexclusive, perpetual, royalty-free right and license with respect to "content" that you submit, post or otherwise make available to public areas of the USMLE Forums website (e.g. not intended as a private communication), the license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform, and publicly display such content (in whole or in part) worldwide via the USMLE Forums website or otherwise, and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed.
USMLE Forums website does not allow duplicate account creation. Users who are found creating duplicate accounts will be banned from the forums.
Sharing USMLE Forums website content
USMLE Forums website content can be shared with other Internet websites and resources. However, with one condition, which is to give attribution to the page where you have copied the content from. USMLE Forums is created under Creative Commons 3.0 License.
Advertising via messages
Users and members can advertise their products and services for free by posting in the Free Ads Forum. If you wish to post your advertisement in the other forums please contact Ads@usmle-forums.com for further information.
Content Deletion and Modification
The owners and administrators of USMLE Forums website reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread or post for any reason with or without prior notification to the original poster.
