Default A good accommodation in NY

Hello friends ,
if you need accommodation in NY near kaplan center.
I suggest this apartment .the landlord is very nice.here is the ad,
A large older home, furnished rooms/share kitchens/baths/balcony.
5 stops into manhattan, approx 20 minutes..7 stops to NY university. EACH FLOOR IS INDEPENDENT OF THE NEXT FLOOR & accessible as well.. 1ST FLOOR HAS 3 BEDROOMS.+ kitchen + bath+ PORCH 2ND FLOOR HAS 3 BEDROOMS.+kitchen +bath + PORCH
Safe neighborhood, quiet home yet very , friendly. no smoking in the house.

SINGLE OCCUPANCY ROOMS RANGE FROM $800. - $1000-$1500. SHARE ROOMS RANGE FROM $700--$750 PER PERSON IN THE SAME ROOM.
