Question Deactivate USMLE Forums account or change username

Hey guys
I was wondering how do u change ur username on this forum? or how do u de-activate ur account? Any input is appreciated

To change your username or to completely delete your account, you have to send a request using the contact us form

I am not sure what do you mean by deactivation.

You can manage your subscriptions and options and much more in your User CP
